What We Inspect and Why
A home inspection is a visual examination of the home's major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible. Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you and your family will ever make, so it is important to get a home inspection. As your home inspector, I am looking for and documenting defects that may or may not be obvious to you. These defects can range from simple fix-it-yourself repairs to severe damage and safety or health concerns. Getting your home inspection and detailed inspection report is one of the best ways to feel confident you are making a good investment.

I am an InterNACHI Certified Professional Home Inspector with a background in Engineering, Construction, and Insurance. My background lets me inspect your home from many perspectives, and this is how I find the problems that may really cost you now and down the road. I live in Tinton Falls and spend most of my free time with my family enjoying everything New Jersey has to offer its residents, from the beaches at the shore to the trails in our local parks. I look forward to answering all your questions about your new house. I truly enjoy the opportunity to educate my clients about their future homes and how best to maintain and use them. Family is the most important part of my life and I will inspect your home as if my family was going to be moving in. My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable in your new home.
We Educate Our Clients
During the home inspection, we will answer any questions you have. We will show you how the house works, ways to maintain it, and how to make it more energy efficient. All our clients receive a 100-page home maintenance book with their inspection report. We make sure you walk away confident and knowing the conditions of the home. You deserve a home that supports your health because it has been demonstrated that there is a direct relationship between housing conditions and human health.
